Connecting Puerto Rican Youth to Employment

A large proportion of young people between 16 and 25 years old do not work and live in poverty. This is important due to changes in the labor market, the aging population and the migratory pressure of young people outside the island. In this study we analyze indicators related to the employability and education of young people and we offer possible solutions on how to ensure that young people are inserted in the labor field, not only as a measure of family economic development, but as a country.
